Documentary about students from Sekitoku Girl's High School who cared for wounded soldiers during the Battle of Okinawa at the close of the Pacific War. The bitter experiences of these girls who survived with minimal wartime deaths comes to life through testimony by those who were in the student corps.
The twenty-five members of the "Fuji Student Corps" from Sekitoku Girl's School were mobilized to care for wounded soldiers. The student corps worked themselves to the bone at a field hospital, but get dissolution orders as battle conditions deteriorate. The circumstances at that time emerge through the remaining student corps members who survived the Battle of Okinawa.
