Documentary shot at an elementary school that served as an emergency shelter after the March 11, 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami. Director Fujikawa Keizo lived on location for about six months, and draws out the genuine emotions of the disaster victims. Produced by Zeze Takahisa of Heaven's Story.
Ishimaki City in Miyagi Prefecture, one month after the disaster. Victims of all ages and backgrounds are bound together by mysterious ties at the elementary school that serves as emergency shelter. Fujikawa is surprised by the unexpectedly bright atmosphere. However, sadness and frustration are hidden behind the smiles.
