A documentary observing a year and a half in the life of conductor Kobayashi Kenichiro, who turned seventy in 2010.
It presents a painstaking study of a moving concert put on by Kobayashi's orchestra which added 31 disabled performers to its ranks. In addition, it follows Kobayashi on a journey back to his hometown of Iwaki City, which was damaged in the Great East Japan Earthquake of March 11th 2011. Approximately half of the footage was shot by a nine-member "believe crew" with mental disabilities who originally came together to document the 2005 Special Olympics World Winter Games.
