An animated feature film based on the popular light novel by Kamachi Kazuma which is estimated to have sold over 1.4 million copies and has been adapted into a diverse range of media. Set in a fictional world where magic and paranormal abilities are commonly used, this completely original story was devised with Kamachi's full cooperation.
On a day when an elevator into space is about to be completed in an academic city, a high school student named Tojo Touma (voice: Abe Atsushi) who wields a power called "Imagine Breaker" with his right hand meets a girl named Meigo Arisa (voice: Misawa Sachika) while she is busking on a street.
