[ Story ]
Twenty-first animated feature film in the popular series about the ruckus stirred up by Shinnosuke, a preschooler living in Saitama Prefecture's Kasukabe City, and his family. Depicts Shinnosuke and company as their Kasukabe Defense Force takes a stand against evil. Shinnosuke (voice: Yajima Akiko) and his family head for the "B-level Gourmet Carnival," an event that brings together cheap eats from around Japan. A mysterious woman (voice: Watanabe Naomi) asks Shinnosuke to take her "legendary sauce" to the event, and Shinnosuke gets chased by a succession of villains who are after the sauce.
