A documentary by video artist Kim Seung-yong. It focuses on Katsura Yumi, Japan's foremost bridal gown designer, and captures the unflagging inquisitiveness and passion that inspire her continued production of innovative wedding dresses.
Katsura Yumi was not only one of the first people to introduce European-style wedding dresses to Japan; she also helped popularize European-style weddings. This documentary follows her activities today, including her participation in fashion shows in Japan and Thailand, while she herself narrates a look back at her life and the key role she played in pioneering bridal fashion in Japan.
