J-Horror pioneer Tsuruta Norio directs this adaptation of Aihara Koji's horror manga. Set in a hospital surrounded by a horde of zombies, it depicts a desperate battle between the survivors and their undead assailants. Its star is Kawamoto Mayu, an up-and-coming action star with a black belt in Kyokushin karate.
A pandemic causes a massive outbreak of zombies. Several uninfected people take refuge in a hospital to evade the reanimated ghouls that keep attacking even if they are split in half by a sharp blade, but become increasingly paranoid. Will they be able to survive?
