Five-part omnibus film about the various people living in a shared house. Young directors are in charge of each section, starting off with Tokyo Rendezvous director Ikeda Chihiro. Produced as part of a film acting workshop.
An old seaside house. A group lives together like family, centering around a man called the "Landlord," along with a genius poet, a guy who has left his wife, and a religious guru. But, the household is thrown into turmoil when the Landlord's younger sister suddenly returns.
