Rookie Kano Hayato directs this film adaptation of the same-titled comic by Koizumi Tomohiro, acclaimed for depicting gloomy kids in works like "Green Mind, Metal Bats". Features numerous performances by upcoming actors including Confessions's Shimizu Naoya and Phantom Limb's Satsuki.
Inuta (Shimizu) is a dull middle school kid in the countryside who catches the eye of class leader Tsuyomi (Satsuki). But, Inuta has a chance encounter with Fueko (Takagi Maria) and starts learning boxing from her, which triggers some changes in his class.
