The second live-action feature film based on one of bestselling author Arikawa Hiro's most famous works. It presents an exciting depiction of a battle between the Library Defense Force, which uses military might to defend books, and a man plotting their downfall. Continuing from the first film in the series, Sato Shinsuke (GANTZ) directs.
Dojo (Okada Junichi) and his comrades are tasked with providing security at an event where a book will be displayed. However, during their mission, they are suddenly attacked by the Media Betterment Committee, a military unit that enforces censorship. It is part of a plan by the brother of Tezuka (Fukushi Sota), Satoshi (Matsuzaka Tori), who wants to annihilate the LDF.
