This documentary follows the election campaign of musician Miyake Yohei, who announced his candidacy for the Japanese parliament's Upper House in July of 2013, and delves into his impassioned beliefs toward politics.
Naturally lacking political experience and a practical unknown to the entire country, Miyake named his soapbox speeches "Senkyo Fest (Election Fest)."
