Second part of the two-part anime feature film "Arpeggio of Blue Steel - Ars Nova," based on the comic by the same name that is currently being serialized in "Young King Ours." Near-future SF animation about the people who battle the mysterious "Fleet of Fog" warships that suddenly appeared around the world.
The mid-21st century. Rising sea levels caused by global warming have made it difficult for humans to live on land. Then, the mysterious I-401 Fog submarine appears before Yokosuka National Marine Academy officer cadet Chihaya Gunzo (voice: Okitsu Kazuyuki).
