Vocalist Inoue "Acchan" Atsushi is at the heart of this documentary hounding punk band NEW ROTE'KA as they mark their 30th anniversary. Beyond the frank candor of friction amongst band members, Inoue's everyday life as the successor to the family-run candy store is also closely followed.
NEW ROTE'KA has been active since 1984 and tallied more than 1,700 live performances. This is the true side of the band loved by artists such as Ayanocozey Show of rock band Kishidan and screenwriter Kudo Kankuro.
