A complete picture of Japan's nuclear problem is drawn in this documentary. Based on interviews with concerned parties and experts as well as documents and information gathered on-site, the film seeks out the truths and lies of the circumstances behind the nuclear accident, the unreformed regulation standards, and energy policies as well as the suffering of those ensnared by the accident. A lawyer by trade, Kawai Hiroyuki directs the film. His compatriots, lawyer Kaido Yuichi and civic activist Kimura Yui also appear. The film was presented as evidence and screened in court in a nuclear power related lawsuit.
