[ Story ]

A film dealing with the issue of military bases on Okinawa the staff which is comprised entirely of native Okinawan university students. The director is Nakamura Ryugo, who at the age of 13, was the youngest director in Japan when he released The Catcher on the Shore.
High school student, Yume (Gima Kanan), has never thought twice about the presence of U.S. military bases on Okinawa since they've been there all her life. However, her classmate Yusuke, who has been apprehensive of losing the beautiful ocean to base construction, suddenly goes missing. In order to search for Yusuke, Yume visits a village where base construction plans are moving forward.
