Comedy marking the debut lead role in a film for the popular singer Funky Kato. An uber-positive guy who belongs to his town's youth organization rises up to revitalize the main street, which is lined with shuttered shops. Planned and produced by DLE, known for their ennui-style anime series "Eagle Talon."
Haruo (Funky Kato) is pained that his hometown's beloved main street lacks vitality and composes an upbeat fight song. Wearing the mask bequeathed to him by his father, who was a masked professional wrestler, he stands on a soapbox and starts putting on solo performances.
