Yoshimoto Shinkigeki's leader, Sutchi, disguised as the troupe's popular character, Suchico, co-stars with former professional fighter turned actor, Takeda Kozo, in this warmhearted comedy. Many comedians belonging to the Yoshimoto Shinkigeki troupe appear, dispensing a parade of slapstick gags.
A series of missing person incidents occur in one shopping street. A hot-blooded detective, Kasuga (Takeda), and a comedian Suchiko (Sutchi), are paired up by chance, but as they overcome numerous difficulties in pursuit of what is truly happening, the bond between them grow stronger.
