[ Story ]

Dr. Shinji Mori, a nuclear scientist, stops over in Hongkong to see a fellow scientist he'd known in the United States.
On his arrival in the airport, two men wearing glasses are about to abduct him, but luckily he is rescued by a stranger.
When out walking a beautiful woman hurries towards them, saying two men are following her. Mori offers to see her home, but it soon dawns on him that he is being kidnapped by the woman beside him who had cleverly posed as a lady in distress.
Dr. Mori is taken to Funan, a small country he had never even heard of. Uranium had been discovered in the tiny kingdom and the Funan Government had chosen him to check on the uranium mines. The work calls for the greatest secrecy, for the mines are in the province entrusted by the King to his brother, who is watching for his chance to usurp the throne.
In the Palace of the ailing King, Dr. Mori is presented to Princess Nasha, the most beautiful girl he has ever seen.
Under the pretense of a hunting party, Dr. Mori undertakes to investigate the mines and Princess Nasha offers to accompany him.
Attacked by the Prince's troops, the party splits up and Dr. Mori escapes with the Princess, first by jeep and then on foot for many days until they meet the Royal Guards who eventually beat off the Prince's troops.
Mutual respect and admiration has grown between the two during their long and dangerous trek towards the Palace, but the beautiful Princess is compelled to say, Sayonara… Good-bye… and return to life in her palace.
