The new adventure to the original film Poupelle of Chimney Town, in which the original author, Nishino Akihiro (from the King Kong comedy duo), served as executive producer and screenwriter, adapting a story not included in his picture book. Hirota Yusuke returns as director, and STUDIO 4℃ is once again handling animation production.
Lubicchi (Nagase Yuzuna) was grieving the loss of his best friend, Poupelle (Kubota Masataka). However, Lubicchi, who had given up on believing and waiting and was trying to move forward, one day gets lost in the "Millennium Fortress," an alternate world that controls time.
