[ Story ]

Nishino Akihiro of the King Kong comedy duo brings his own picture book to the silver screen as executive producer and scriptwriter.
Bruno (Tachikawa Shinosuke) was the only person who spoke about "stars" in the Chimney Town enveloped by thick smoke, but he suddenly disappears. His son Lubicchi (Ashida Mana) carries on his teachings, but everyone brands him as a liar. However, on Halloween night a garbage man named Poupelle (Kubota Masataka) rises from the trash heap and the two outcasts become friends and embark on an adventure to find the "stars".
