[ Story ]

Film adaptation of the bestselling novel of the same name by Kamizu Rinko. Directed by actor director Saito Takumi, whose first-time feature film blank13 was highly acclaimed at film festivals in Japan and abroad.
Kiyosawa Kenji (Kubota Masataka), a sports instructor living in Nagano Prefecture where winters are harsh, buys a house labelled 'Mahou no Ie' (House of Magic) for his beloved wife and child. He acquires his ideal home with a huge heating facility in the basement and starts a happy new life, but a mysterious event causes him to become fearful.
