Oku Hiroya's sci-fi manga is turned into a live-action film following its television anime adaptation. A middle-aged man and a high school student whose bodies have been transformed into machines clash, each with their own motives.
Inuyashiki (Kinashi Noritake) is an unremarkable, over-the-hill company man who one day meets with an unusual accident. He discovers he has been transformed into an elaborate cyborg. Inuyashiki determines to use his newly gained superhuman powers to help people. However, Shishigami (Sato Takeru), a high school student involved in the same accident, begins using the powers he's gained to commit a bloodbath.
