[ Story ]
The final instalment of the two-part film adaptation of Oku Hiroya's sci-fi action manga. Departing from its source material which is still in serialization, it arrives at a conclusion written specially for the film. Its bold depiction of two young men forced to fight in a series of irrational battles after their deaths saw the two films make a combined total in excess of six billion yen at the Japanese box office. After adapting to combat against mysterious "aliens", Kurono (Ninomiya Kazunari) vows to make it out of his unusual situation alive. He continues to fight in an attempt to bring Kato (Matsuyama Kenichi) back from the dead after he loses his life in a fierce battle. However, he receives an order to exterminate Kojima Tae (Yoshitaka Yuriko), and becomes caught up in a struggle between humans.
