A film commemorating the 15th anniversary of the SKIP City International D-Cinema Film Festival which is co-sponsored by Saitama Prefecture and the city of Kawaguchi. People whose lives have run into a dead end take another step forward through undertaking the challenge of a marathon run. An amateur runner from Kawaguchi who completed the 6 major marathons of the world portrays himself as a key person in the story.
Shota (Kanichiro) has a reason for being pursued by police, but in desperation he enters the home of Tae (Matsubara Chieko) who mistakes him for her grandchild. By force of circumstance, Shota begins living with Tae.
