[ Story ]

Teen romance inspired by a song from the rock band Ging Nang BOYZ, penned by popular screenplay writer Okada Yoshikazu. Helmed by Sugawara Shintaro, who served as director on the TV drama "The Gutsy Frog" featuring Okada's screenplay.
Kota's (Furutachi Yutaro) junior high school buddy Shinji (Kobayashi Kika) died in a traffic accident protecting their classmate Chika (Ishibashi Shizuka), who they both revered as "Goddess of the Milky Way." Ten years later, Kota and Chika randomly meet at the summertime Tanabata festival, which is also the anniversary of Shinji's death, and they promise to meet each year on the same date.
