Documentary about deaf photographer Saito Harumichi directed by Kawai Hiroki, who excels at making films about artists including musicians and performers. Captures Saito encountering his dreaded "songs" through caring for his newborn son.
When Saito threw away his hearing aid and picked up a camera at age 20, he chose a life of "seeing" over "hearing." His wife Moriyama Manami is also a deaf photographer, but their son can hear which forces them to confront the difficulties of conversation and questions about musical education.
