Twenty-eighth feature film in the "PreCure" series. Features thirteen PreCure from the "Healin' Good PreCure" TV series that launched in February 2020, as well as "Star Twinkle PreCure" and "Hugtto! PreCure."
Junior high schooler Hanadera Nodoka (voice: Yuki Aoi) comes across fairy Miraclun being chased by a mysterious enemy called Refrain (voice: Hirata Hiroaki). The PreCures come out in force to rescue Miraclun, but then Refrain's powers send them back in time.
