[ Story ]
3D animated drama about a family of Japanese descent surviving in a North Korean political prison camp. The film marks the directorial debut for {Happy} producer Shimizu Han Eiji and was selected for numerous international film festivals including the Annecy International Animation Film Festival.
The Paku family is living happily in Pyongyang when the father vanishes and the remaining family members get sent to a political prison camp. Yohan loses his innocent and gentle disposition in the grueling fight for survival, but his mother and younger sister try to live with decency and compassion.
