One day, Sumikko friends find an old building at the edge of the forest. It is a toy factory.
"Let's make toys together!"
Sumikko friends start making toys on the production line as invited by the factory manager. Shirokuma who is good with hands, uses a sewing machine, Penguin? starts inspection by a magnifying glass, and other Sumikko friends take part in toy-production by what they are good at.
At first, it is fun, but they soon become tired of making one toy after another. Then, the toy Sumikkogurashi shipped out starts moving in the town. There is something strange about the factory...
