Third film in the series about Hokkaido, following up on Bread of Happiness and A Drop of the Grapevine. Depicts intensely personal connections among family and friends, inspired by the Mountain Association agricultural group that lives in harmony with nature in Setana, Hokkaido.
Wataru (Oizumi Yo) has a contented life running a cheese workshop on a seaside cattle ranch in the company of his beloved wife Kotoe (Honjo Manami) and his only daughter Shiori, as well as his much-loved friends. He gets the idea of opening a restaurant for one day only using Setana's abundant ingredients.
