A feature-length film that is the first sequel in eight years to director Shiraishi Kōji's POV-style fake documentary film series, "Senritsu Kaiki File Kowasugi".
Producer Kudo (Osako Shigeo), who is on the verge of bankruptcy, receives a video clip filmed in an abandoned building. It features an eerie altar, a 'red woman' covered in blood and the sound of a baby's cries. Kudo tries to unravel the mystery with director Ichikawa (Kuboyama Chika) and cameraman Tashiro (Shiraishi Kōji).
