Theatrical outing for the big-hit drama series that aired in the summer of 2021. It depicts the activities of an emergency medical team TOKYO MER that rushes to the scene in an ER (Emergency Rescue) vehicle fully equipped with an operating theatre.
An explosion at the Yokohama skyscraper, Japan, leaves 193 people stranded on the 70th floor. Chief Doctor Kitami (Suzuki Ryohei) of the TOKYO MER is heading to the site, He believes that doctors should treat patients right away regardless of their own risks. As the chain of explosions continues, it is discovered that his wife Chiaki (Naka Riisa), who is at risk of an imminent premature birth, is also left behind… Kitami runs into the ablaze building to rescue all lives.
