A thriller extrapolated from the world-famous internet meme "This Man" is given a uniquely Japanese interpretation. The film satirizes the devastation of the coronavirus pandemic by depicting people dying helplessly.
A series of strange deaths occur in a rural town. The common denominator among the victims is that they had seen a strange-looking man with a unibrow, known as "This Man", in their dreams. Yasaka Hana (Deguchi Arisa) lives happily with her husband Yoshio (Kinomoto Minehiro) and their daughter, but as the damage caused by "This Man" increases, danger approaches closer to their home.
