[ Story ]

Drama about a family on the eve of the eldest daughter's wedding, when memories of their deceased father bring home the intensity of their familial bonds. Directed by Hayashi Hiroki, who has served as assistant director for Kitano Takeshi and Kurosawa Kiyoshi.
It is the winter of 1980. Izumi (Sato Hitomi) is to be married the following day, and her mother Ito (Miyazaki Yoshiko) reveals a dream of Izumi's deceased father. He wanted his daughters leave home to get married. After the father's death, Izumi served as the head of the household to support her mother and sister, and hearing about her father's dream moves her to tears.
