An original film inspired by the Self-Defense Forces Daily Report issue reported in 2016. Directed by Kojima Oudai, who garnered attention for his feature debut Joint.
Shimada (Yamamoto Ikken), a Self Defense Force officer, is dispatched to South Sudan on a United Nations peacekeeping mission. One day, the unit gets caught up in a gunfight with local mercenaries. His colleague Furukawa (Hara Yujiro) is killed by a bullet, so Shimada is forced to shoot a boy soldier to death, and amid the chaos, their Captain Ito (Matsukado Yohei) goes missing. However, this unprecedented "battle" is covered up by the government.
