[ Story ]

The underworld of modern Japan is depicted with a documentary touch in this noir. Director Kojima Oudai makes his feature-length directorial debut with this film.
Returning to Tokyo after being released from prison, racketeer Ishigami Takeshi (Yamamoto Ikken) restarts his fraudulent registry business with a list of personal information. Hoping to live honestly, Ishigami meddles in venture capital business as an attempt to become an investor. Meanwhile, the largest mob in the Kanto region, the Oshima-kai, is having a major feud with the Ichikawa Clan and Ishigami, who has ties to the Oshima-kai, receives a warning from the Ichikawa Clan.
