[ Story ]

Drama about a samurai who time-travels from the end of the Edo period and struggles to build a second life as an "actor who gets killed" in period dramas. Indie film daringly shot at Toei Studios Kyoto.
Aizu clan samurai Shinzaemon (Yamaguchi Makiya) is sent on a secret mission from his clan elder to kill a Choshu clan warrior. They declare their names and just as their blades cross, lightning strikes. Shinzaemon awakens to he find himself in a modern-day studio that shoots samurai period films. While causing commotion wherever he goes, Shinzaemon is shocked to learn that the Edo Shogunate he had sworn to protect fell long ago.
