[ Story ]

Feature-length animated film that reunites director Tsukahara Shigeyoshi with the production team for Kurayukaba, which screenwriter Narita Ryogo adapted as a spin-off novella that formed the basis for this film.
In a mining town called Hakoniwa, or "miniature garden," a girl named Kagari (Sakura Ayane) works as a mapper who documents the ever-changing townscape. Her childhood friend Yuya (Sakakihara Yuki) also makes a living creating maps while dreaming of escaping from Hakoniwa. However, suspicious "cave-in incidents" begin occurring throughout the town.
