An original work from the creative duo of director Kinoshita Baku and screenplay writer Konomoto Kazuya from the TV anime "Odd Taxi", teaming up with production studio CLAP. A dying yakuza puts his life on the line for a dramatic turnaround.
The elderly Akutsu (Kobayashi Kaoru) is in prison with a life sentence and awaits death in solitary confinement. One day, he is approached by a talking flower named Last Blossom (Pierre Taki). Through their "conversations," Akutsu begins to reflect on his past.
