This offbeat coming-of-age novel by Namiki Do has been adapted into a film by director Koyama Takashi, who gained attention with Colorless.
Boku Hidemi (Minami Sara), dreams of becoming a rapper but spends her days feeling depressed because she can't find her place in the world. Yaguchi Miruku (Deguchi Natsuki), a film enthusiast who belongs to the upper echelons of the school hierarchy but has problems at home. Iwakuma Mako (Yoshida Mizuki), a classmate is a sharp-tongued character who is knowledgeable about manga. In the midst of their dead-end lives, the three try to make a fortune in one go to make their dreams come true.
