[ Story ]
A film adaptation of the play of the same title by Yokoyama Takuya, leader of the theater unit iaku, directed by Matsumura Shingo, winner of the New Asian Talent Award at the Shanghai International Film Festival, and written by Takahashi Izumi, the screenwriter of The Devil's Path.
Chinatsu (Yoshida Mizuki) and her mother Akiko (Tokiwa Takako) live in an old house in a port town. Chinatsu, an aspiring novelist, who has been accepted into the art college of her dreams, is reunited with her first love, Kawayanagi Kohki (Okudaira Daiken). Akiko is also buoyed up by the prospect of a new romance at work. However, one day, Chinatsu receives notice that her breast cancer screening has to be repeated...
