A Japanese-Taiwanese-American co-production human suspense film, directed by Mariko Tetsuya of Destruction Babies fame, shot entirely in New York.
Kenji (Nishijima Hidetoshi), a Japanese man living in New York, and his Chinese-American wife Jane (Gwei Lun-Mei) are busy with work, child-rearing, and elderly care, and their days are filled with stress. One day, his young son is abducted, and the incident escalates into a murder case. Gradually, the unspoken truths and secrets each had kept hidden from each other come to light, deepening the rift between the couple.
