[ Story ]
A love story musical adapted from author Ishii Shinji's novel of the same name into a theatrical animation film. The director is Takahashi Wataru, known for films such as Crayon Shinchan the Movie: Serious Battle! Robot Dad Strikes Back.
Giuseppe (Sano Masaya) who becomes oblivious to everything else when he becomes absorbed in something, is nicknamed "the crazy guy" by everyone in town. He falls in love at first sight with Pechka (Kamishiraishi Moka), a balloon seller in the park, and gathers up his courage to talk to her, but she carries a sadness in her heart.
