Based on Yamazaki Nao-cola's novel of the same title, which won the 41st Bungei Prize. Mirume (Matsuyama Kenichi) is a 19 year old student at an art school. One day he is asked by Yuri (Nagasaku Hiromi), twenty years his senior and a lecturer at the school, to be a model for her painting, thereafter he falls in love with her for her free-spirited charm. Questioned by his friend, Domoto (Oshinari Shugo), Mirume confesses delightedly his relationship with her, but En-chan (Aoi Yu), a mate he hangs out with, looks unhappy. Mirume is over the moon with his first love, however, he is left thunderstruck when he finds out that Yuri is already married. Mirume decides to end the relationship with Yuri, but is unable to distance himself from her. Before long Yuri disappears and Mirume goes looking for her.
