A film adaptation of the comic series 'Gokudo no Shokutaku' by Tachihara Ayumi. Period drama film star Matsudaira Ken, who showcases his professional-level culinary skills on variety shows and other programs, is the perfect actor for the unique role of a mobster who turns out to be a good cook. Boss of the Dakugumi clan Kuji Raizo (Matsudaira Ken) takes his divorce as an opportunity to attend night school, which had been a long-time dream of his, while hiding his identity. The film depicts his interactions with his classmates and clan members who are young enough to be his children, clashes with the school who wants to close down the night school and a faceoff with a rival yakuza clan, the Ushidagumi.
