[ Story ]
The first film effort of Ueshima Yukio, stage director of the hugely popular "The Prince of Tennis" musical, about two dancing youths. Two young men from different backgrounds, each pursuing his own style, grow up and come of age through dance. Hayato (Nakagauchi Masataka) gets by through part-time jobs while living for dance, while Takumi (Furukawa Yuta), whose father is a pianist, agonizes over whether to enroll at a conservatory or pursue his passion for ballet. Enthralled after watching the same performance by a certain dance company, the two boys decide to try out for the audition. Confident in their newfound talent, they soon become completely devoted to their craft. Tempers begin to flare, though, when the two discover that their personalities are entirely at odds with each other.
