Livespire is a series of digitally recordings of the theatrical arts -such as musicals, plays and music concerts- for release in film theatres and produced and distributed by Sony Corporation. This fantasy play is performed by the Caramel Box theatrical group, and is based on Onda Riku's story, "The Night Time Picnic." Elementary school student Mitsunori (Hatanaka Tomoyuki) has the ability to perfectly memorize whatever he read. One day while walking to school he touches the shoulder of an elderly man he meets and the memories of the old man's 70 years of life pour into Mitsunori as images. (performed by Caramel Box)
