Ishikawa Kei, whose directorial debut GUKOROKU–Traces Of Sin officially screened at the 73rd Venice Film Festival, adapts from his own screenplay Onda Riku's identically titled novel. The drama depicts the complex relations among four gifted young pianists attending a piano competition.
Former child prodigy Aya (Matsuoka Mayu), tirelessly diligent Akashi (Matsuzaka Tori), and Masaru (Morisaki Win) who is nicknamed "Blueblood" gather for the Yoshigae International Piano Competition.
