A film adaptation of the comic and TV anime, which the original comic is made by Nagai Yuji. In addition to using the same main production staff as in the TV series, including director Kamiya Jun, it features a guest appearance from the immensely popular TV personalities Kinoshita Yukina and Hannya, at the height of their popularity. Despite being a penguin, Kinoshita Beckham (voiced by Ito Miyako) attends elementary school in Japan as a fifth grader. One day, her home town, Kirikabu Town is invaded by the Hikawa Nicholson (voiced by Horiuchi Kenyu), King of the Ice at the South Pole. So begins the hilarious battle between Beckham and the King, whose goal is to turn the world to ice. Can Beckham save the world?
