The third installment of the film version of the Fuji Television produced TV drama series. The record-breaking film exceeded far beyond the boundaries of what was expected of Japanese cinema. Eager and motivated detective Aoshima, who has now been promoted to chief, is trying to juggle eight cases at the same time. New cast members such as Oguri Shun, as well as other big stars, such as Koizumi Kyoko, who made previous appearances as villains, have added to the film's hype. In this installment, the Wangan Police Station has to be relocated, and the eager Aoshima (Oda Yuji) is called to be project team leader. While he gathers the team to prepare for the relocation, a bus hijack occurs and a safe is broken into, and as if that wasn't enough, three guns are now missing from the Wangan Police Station.
